  • Our pricing is based on how much space your items take up in our truck or trailor, combined with the type of materials being removed. We provide upfront, all-inclusive estimates with zero hidden fees or surprise costs.

  • We prioritize giving items a second life whenever possible. Usable furniture, appliances, and household goods are donated directly to local charities and families in need. In some cases, we sell select items to convert them into direct cash donations for local families or community causes. Anything that cannot be donated or resold is sorted for recycling, keeping as much out of local landfills as possible.

  • For safety, environmental, and legal reasons, there are a few materials we cannot haul away:

    • Hazardous Materials: Paint, oil, gasoline, propane tanks, and chemicals

    • Toxic Waste: Asbestos, pesticides, motor oil, and biohazard materials

    • Batteries: Car batteries and lithium-ion battery packs

    • Liquids: Any open or sealed cans of paint, stains, or solvents

    • Medical Waste: Needles, medications, and clinical debris

    • Animal & Biohazard Waste: Dead animals, animal carcasses, pet feces/poop, or items heavily contaminated with animal waste

    • Heavy Construction Risk: Dirt, gravel, and concrete

If you're unsure whether an item on your property can be removed, just give us a shout and we'll be happy to clarify or point you in the right direction!

  • Yes, we haul away appliances of all sizes—including refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves, and dishwashers.

Because large appliances are unusually heavy, contain specialized components (like refrigerant gas), and require specific safety gear to move without damaging your floors or doorways, they may incur an extra heavy-item fee depending on the access path and equipment needed.

To ensure 100% transparent pricing with zero surprises on job day, just let us know in advance if you have any major appliances:

    • Item Type: (e.g., refrigerator, washing machine, commercial freezer)

    • Location: (e.g., ground-floor kitchen, basement down a flight of stairs)

    • Access: (e.g., narrow doorways, tight corners)

We’ll factor everything into your upfront quote so you know the exact cost before we ever step foot on the property.

  • Not unless you want to! Our standard service includes complete full-service hauling, meaning we do all the heavy lifting, loading, and carrying directly from wherever the items are located inside or outside your property. However, if you prefer to place your items at the curb yourself, we offer discounted curbside pickup rates based on volume—giving you a quick, hassle-free, and even more affordable option

  • While booking a few days in advance gives you the most flexibility, we frequently accommodate same-day and next-day service depending on our daily schedule.

  • As long as we have access to the items and a clear agreement on what needs to go, you don't need to stay. We can review the project with you when we arrive, send updates, and call you when the job is wrapped up.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, venmo, Zelle, PayPal and cash. Payment is only collected once the job is complete and you are completely satisfied with the work.

  • Yes, LIMPIO is fully licensed and insured. We take extreme care when working on your property to ensure a safe, damage-free experience from start to finish.

  • Tipping is never expected or required, but it is always appreciated if the team provided exceptional, hard-working service.
