With a background in graphic design and marketing, John built LIMPIO from the ground up—combining his passion for intentional brand strategy with a hands-on dedication to local service. Today, he oversees daily operations with the same creative eye and attention to detail, ensuring every client receives transparent, top-tier service from start to finish.
Fun Fact: When he’s not running operations, you’ll find him surfing in santa cruz or playing a quality futbol match or sometimes both in the same day

Co-Founder & Community Relations
Bringing a strong background in marketing and a deep passion for community connection, Alicia shapes how LIMPIO connects with neighbors and local organizations. She drives our outreach efforts and leads our donation initiatives, partnering with local charities to ensure reusable furniture and household goods find meaningful homes with families in need.

Lead Hauler & On-Site Specialist

Field Support
Detail-oriented and reliable, Carlos oversees sorting, transport, and final site cleanup. He ensures that every property is left spotless and that donateable items are carefully prepped for delivery.
Fun Fact: He’s a self-proclaimed pitmaster who spends his Sundays smoking ribs and training for local 10K races.
